The Dubai Country Club, a historic institution in Dubai which marked the Golf Club in the region as well as being the first host of the Dubai Rugby Sevens was located in Ras Al Khor and was demolished to make way for the Meydan Racecourse.
The new location for this landmark Club was in Dubailand and the new project included a state of the art 1700m² swimming pool with an artificial beach, 12 Tennis Courts, a gym with Squash courts and an indoor sports hall as well as multiple Food and Beverage Outlets.
In addition to this, the new design proposed a small boutique hotel housed within the main building with a total capacity of 30 keys.
