The Jumeirah Royal Saray Bahrain project is located in the Seef District of the Capital, Manama on a reclaimed site with an original size of approximately 109.000m². With additional reclamation the project site is set to grow to the 140.000m² mark.
This project has a total of 174 Guestrooms which are distributed as standard rooms, suites, clustered residences and independent villas which provide guests with the ultimate luxury experience which is synonymous with its name – Jumeirah.
In addition to the multitude of guestrooms, this resort boasts a Givenchy Spa as well as fine dining experiences with Internationally Acclaimed Operators such as Hakkasan, as well as banquet facility capable of catering to approximately 500 guests.
Aesthetically, this project is based on the Andalusian Style of Architecture with its ornate and highly detailed decorative elements which replicate the intricate stone work of the time.
The fundamental design premise for this project was to ensure that each guestroom had a connection with water. As a result, a lagoon which draws its water from the Arabian Gulf has been proposed as a central element with the clustered Residences scattered around its perimeter.
The Manor House’s (Main Building) Guest wing has a double loaded configuration which ensure that each guestroom has a view of either the sea or the lagoon and as such achieves target set.
